Looking Back - The Early Days

When I first started to use Instagram it was difficult to see how on earth anyone could make even a small impression on the community.  I must have posted so many photos and had so few likes, I can understand how people drop away so easily.  You have to be quite persistent it you want to get your photos noticed!

The only way to become more noticeable was to follow the pro's that were already amassing several thousand likes and follows. I looked at the way they composed their outfits. I liked a lot of other photos in the hope they might take a peek at my account. Hashtags were used a lot in my descriptions.  Slowly the likes and follows started to develop and my @zoe_fashion account started to thrive.  

So, for my first proper post on my new @ukstylechicky blog, I thought I would share the first photo I posted that got 50 likes on Instagram.

When I look back at this photo, I see how far my account has grown and developed.  I hope you have enjoyed the journey so far and will continue to stay with me for as long as I post.  As always, any hints and tips are much appreciated.  If you're a new or recent follower, welcome and please enjoy my posts.
